The number one regret on a group order isn’t the design. It’s the sizes. Too many smalls, not enough 2XLs, and a few people left swapping shirts in the parking lot. A little planning fixes it.
Collect real sizes when you can
If you have time, ask everyone for their size directly. A quick form or a text thread beats guessing. For a team store, each person picks their own size and pays for it, which takes the guesswork off your plate entirely.
No time? Use a sensible spread
When you have to estimate for a general adult group, orders often skew toward medium and large, with a meaningful chunk of XL and up. Don’t forget a few smalls and a few 3XLs. It’s better to have the range covered than to run out at the edges.
Mind the fit, not just the letter
Sizes run differently across brands and cuts. A fitted retail tee runs smaller than a classic unisex one. Women’s and youth cuts change the math again. Every product page lists its size range, and we’re glad to confirm the measurements for the exact garment you choose.
Order a couple of spares
A few extra shirts in the most common sizes saves the day when someone joins late or a size runs tight. On bigger orders the per-piece cost is low enough that a small buffer is cheap insurance.
Outfitting a group? A team store lets everyone order and pay on their own, and a quick estimate tells you what a full run will cost before you commit.
